The Right Career Path For You

We have a choice to make in life. Either, life is random. Things just happen and we either have good luck or bad luck. Sometimes we end up in a good place and other times we end up in a bad place but we can’t do anything about it. We are helpless and are an effect of the world so we just better get as much as we can from it while we can.

The alternative position is that life is ordered. Everything happens for a purpose. There are no accidents. Despite what is happening all is in order. Within this worldview we realise that we all have unique and special talents by virtue of our individual neurological preferences. We are able to choose our thoughts, beliefs and actions and therefore can influence our results.

Let us assume then that every person is here for a purpose. Let’s assume that we all have a calling deep inside towards our ideal career path. Let us also assume that the neurological wiring that we have in our brain is our own unique signature and that wiring pattern is yearning to express itself in the occupational role that is best suited to it.

Too often a career path is decided upon by social and familial preferences. We suggest that a future direction for job/career/profession be based on what is right for us based on our in8model® preference.

Whether you are considering a career or you are hiring someone for your team or business make sure that you consider the neurological preferences that are represented in the in8model® in your choices.
