www.thein8model.com (“Website”) is owned and operated by Quest Transformative Services Pty Ltd and is governed by the following privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of your personal information within our care. We endorse the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988, the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act of 2012 and support the role that the Australian Privacy Commissioner within the Australian Human Rights Commission plays.  The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to:

  • Give individuals a better and more complete understanding of the sort of personal information we collect and the way we handle that information;
  • Clearly communicate our personal information handling practices and
  • Enhance the transparency of our operations.

 WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW IS IT USED?

 Information You Voluntarily Submit to the Website: We may collect personal information from you such as your name or email address. For example, you may voluntarily submit information to the Website by purchasing a product, filling out application forms, signing up for a free product, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting a contact form. The Website currently uses the following third-party service providers:

  • Google Analytics– this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.  Please refer to google.com/analytics for their privacy policy.
  • MailChimp – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for the purpose of delivery such communications.  Please refer to mailchimp.com for their privacy policy.
  • Teachery – this service is used to deliver online courses. We store your name and email address for the purpose of delivery of these courses.  Please refer to teachery.co for their privacy policy.
  • Click Funnels – we use this service for online marketing and sales. Please refer to clickfunnels.com for their privacy policy.
  • Webinar Ninja – we use this service for running online webinars. Please refer to webinarninja.com for their privacy policy.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.

Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent.

ANONYMOUS DATA

From time to time, we may use anonymous data, which does not identify you when alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This type of anonymous data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Examples of this anonymous data may include analytics or information collected from cookies.

PUBLICLY VISIBLE INFORMATION

If you leave a comment, certain information may be publicly visible, such as your name or an avatar photo, if you have created a website account (although not applicable to our blog). Your email address will never be available publicly.

 ONLINE SHOPPING

 Our shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by WooCommerce and Teachery.

Both WooCommerce and Teachery store your credit card data, which is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a joint effort of the major credit card brands, only for as long as it takes to complete that transaction, after which it is destroyed.  Teachery processes payments via Stripe and credit card details are only stored for recurring payment options and are destroyed upon final subscription.

At no time do we have access to any of this payment information collected by either WooCommerce or Teachery.

COOKIES

This website uses cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on what pages a user accesses or visits, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, customize Website content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies may also be used by third-party services, such as Google Analytics, as described herein.

Users may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies, by the Website, by using a corresponding setting of your internet browser and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. This website is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and links to Amazon.com. As part of this Amazon Associates program, the Website will post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track the referrals to their website. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales.

Newsletters

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, I may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behaviour will not be passed on to third parties.

RIGHTS RELATED TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
